Aladdin999 Platform Agreement

Welcome to Aladdin999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website located at aladdin999.cam (the "Platform"), including all associated services, games, features, and promotional programmes operated by Aladdin999 (the "Company", "we", "our", "us").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Aladdin999 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

Aladdin999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this document.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply:

To access the full features of the Aladdin999 Platform, including the placement of Wagers and the processing of Withdrawals, a Member must complete the registration process and satisfy all applicable KYC verification requirements.

4.1 Registration Process

Registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a secure password. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed in full. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Aladdin999 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its compliance obligations. The Company may, at any time, request documents including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not more than three months old), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of account functionality, including the restriction of Withdrawals, until compliance is achieved.

4.3 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication detail with any third party. Aladdin999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on the Aladdin999 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of locally supported Malaysian payment channels.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Aladdin999 currently supports the following payment methods, subject to periodic updates: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The availability of any specific method may vary based on technical, regulatory, or operational factors without advance notice.

Aladdin999 offers a range of promotional programmes designed to reward Members for their loyalty and activity on the Platform. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published in connection with the relevant offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to a specific promotion will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms. As a general reference, wagering multipliers typically range between 10x and 30x.

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each Wager, whereas table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Live casino games may be partially or fully excluded. Full contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Maximum Wager During Bonus Period

Unless otherwise specified, while Bonus Funds are active in a Member's Account, the maximum single Wager permitted is MYR 300 per game round or bet. Any Wagers placed in excess of this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unexpired Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity window will be automatically voided and removed from the Member's Account without prior notice.

6.5 Abuse and Misuse

Aladdin999 reserves the right to void, clawback, or refuse any bonus and to suspend or close any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is engaging in promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus exploitation, the use of automated tools or bots, arbitrage strategies, or the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.

All games available on the Aladdin999 Platform — including slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, and lottery — are governed by individual game rules published in the Platform's help or rules sections, and by the general provisions set out in this Section.

Members must not engage in any conduct that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. The following acts constitute serious breaches of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point during the Account lifecycle.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity, including proceeds of money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to exploit games, betting markets, or bonus structures.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling, including for commercial gain or on behalf of third parties.

Aladdin999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. The Company acknowledges that gambling, for a minority of individuals, can become problematic, and has implemented a range of tools and policies to support Members in managing their gambling behaviour.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data provided by Members in connection with their use of the Platform is governed by Aladdin999's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

Aladdin999 processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with applicable data protection obligations. Personal data is collected for the purpose of providing the Platform's services, conducting identity verification, processing financial transactions, detecting fraud, and complying with legal obligations. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

All content on the Aladdin999 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Aladdin999 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical faults, Platform unavailability, or internet connectivity issues beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform that were subject to a manifest error.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any failure by a Member to secure their Account credentials, resulting in unauthorised access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Aladdin999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including where:

Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to a Member's breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money Balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Aladdin999 may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a prominent notification on the Platform homepage or via registered email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Aladdin999, the Member agrees to first contact the Company's customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, unless prohibited by applicable law.
